Blue Mood
Sarah and Kyle, of snowy deer skull fame, pour on the drama with these images from their portrait session. Who knew? Something about the light that day made everything look amazing.
Snow Day
Sarah & Kyle had us come up to the farm in Cedar to have a little fun shooting in the snow. Very cold. But these guys are used to it, right? Anyway, we had our usual goofy fun. I think they like us ok, right Signe? I mean, it's not like they HAD to hold a deer skull.........
Rangefinder
Rangefinder Magazine, a magazine for professional photographers, featured our work this month as a preview to my instructional classes at the 2011 WPPI convention in Las Vegas. I love Rangefinder and WPPI and I'm honored to be included and participate in the convention! I'm also very grateful to our wonderful clients who place their trust in us and allow us to be creative with their portraits and wedding images -- your images are seen around the world. Through the Looking Glass
Paige and Stephan wanted to do something a little different for their engagement session. Last summer Signe and I watched the film by Jan Švankmajer called Alice, which is one of the strangest, most wonderful films I have seen, so this shoot was inspired a little by that. And of course by Paige and Stephan, who seem to like strange, wonderful stuff too and helped us come up with some sweet props!
